I think we have carried away from our initial discussion..regardless of what
we do we want DNOP license on the levels of EIS basis..i.e. city, province
and nation wide
Further discussion would be futile as we are losing time and if this chapter
is closed now then i dont think such friendly team from other side will come
again...the name of minister for S&T was missing in the news item of DAWN
yesterday from those ministers who are going to hold their posts in the
cabinet reshuffle after the Pak India Summit...new team ..new
discussions....talks.. talks...what do you think Minister S&T told PASHA
President Hamza Mateen where are the software exports ? This discussion will
also end like royalty or no royalty..I want DNOP license for Sindh only and
I can get it in only Rs 100,000 as per my own formula otherwise I will have
to pay Rs 1,000,000 if we go by their current fee OR Rs 500,000 if go by the
one suggested by Malik to Gen Khalid Bashir and agreed upon by Mr Bhutta.
