Do not take this position.
Instead, be positive and try to have maximum presence to make ISPAK truly
representative. Remember ISPAK is body of ISPs. Do not give impression that
you want some specific person out.
Registered member is one who has got registration. Make the request to
members to pay the dues. Do not try to keep the people out on
technicalities. Be humble and make friends. The positions are open for any
body who is considered eligible by the majority.
