Dear Bhutta Sb,

1. ISPAK belongs to all ISPs and only the majority of
ISPs can make a ruling on this.

2. The present body is un-elected and
non-representative and hence is not eligible to
exclude eligible members out of the organisation.

3. No Audited Accounts are so far presented in the so
called Executive Committee to verify and approve ISPAK
accounts.

4. We have conducted ISP meetings (official, unoffial
or whatever) at Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. The
number of ISPs present was 17 in Islamabad, 15 in
Lahore and 10 in Karachi. They are all willing to pay
their dues once a proper ISPAK body is formed. I would
like to remind you that total number of eligible ISPAK
members is about 66. So a majority has already been
consulted on this and they have shown their
willingness to pay. If we exclude eligible members at
this stage, we will weaken our own strength.

5. To call the meeting on July 10 as a General Body
Meeting is not correct. ISPAK is a national body and
similar meetings should be conducted in Lahore and
Islamabad in order to reach a consensus.

6. Although we have already consulted a majority of
ISPs on how to conduct elections and form a proper
functional body, we are holding further action on it
to allow you to conduct the meetings in Karachi,
Lahore and Islamabad and reach a consensus.

You are therefore requested to invite all the licensed
and operational ISPs and conduct meetings in the three
cities without indulging into new controversies.

Regards,
Asif Luqman Qazi
