Who is playing politics, the ones who want to include
all ISPs in ISPAK or the ones who want to manipulate?
ISPs are ready to pay more than Rs 10,000 but they
will pay it to the representative body. Do we want to
move ahead and invite people to join or do we want to
create obstacles?

Regards,
Asif
