I would go the other way. It is its own bug, more to do with AMQP->Core message
conversion rather than the expiration mechanism itself, so it should have its
own unit test rather than sticking a random conversion call into a general AMQP
expiration integration test that is otherwise entirely unaffected and unrelated
to said call.
