It's a test validating AMQP expired messages. There's nothing wrong with adding
the constraint with the test.
As a matter of fact If I was to write a test for this particular issue, I would
send messages with expire messages, and do exactly what this test Is doing.. I
don't see a point to duplicate the test... it's just validating asserting on
expiry over AMQP.. nothing else needed.
a Simple test really.
