It looks like the ["Run Java FnApi
PreCommit"](https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PreCommit_Java%20FnApi_Commit/12/)
is a new jenkins job that somebody is testing but isn't available on master
yet.
Everything else looks green-- I'm going to merge.
