That sounds good to me as well but if the camera ready deadline is February
20th, it sounds like the submission deadline has probably already passed or is
coming up very soon. Last year the camera ready deadline was March 15th and the
initial submission deadline was December 1st.
Another option to consider is the VLDB innovative systems and applications
papers (http://www.vldb.org/2017/cfp_research_track.php). VLDB has a rolling
deadline every month.
