VLDB sounds like a good target for me. Specifically, I think an Innovative
Systems and Applications Paper seems to be a good fit. Agreed that aiming a
couple months ahead of time is a good idea. We have 12 pages to fill, which is
twice as long as the CIDR submission. I think aiming for February 1st is
reasonable.
