I have heard back from Joe that the track is invitation only. Shall we submit
to VLDB, then? VLDB uses a rolling, [monthly submission
schedule|http://www.vldb.org/2017/submission_guidelines.php]. The final date of
submission is March 1st, but I think we should aim to submit a month or two
early.
