This patch will evaluate/push the cast on the literal (right hand side) which
will be filter with a = 5. It has nothing to deal with cast over a thought
please correct me if am wrong.
now i agree that the cast on the left hand side should be either pushed as
extraction or not push the filter.
Does that make sense ?
