Hi Sebb,
I could not see any way in a patch file to indicate that files are UTF-8
encoded. I also couldn't see how to tell svn that a particular encoding goes
with a file. Perhaps the problem with encodings will go away once we're working
directly with svn rather than with svn patch files?
