I like the idea of "SlopeDirectionSelector" with three values (INCREASING,
DECREASING, INCREASING_OR_DECREASING).
But I'll try to implement it with a set of one or two values.
Except in OREKIT, I don't know how people are using the EventHandler interface
: maybe it would be useful to propose an AbstractEventHandler class which
always triggers decreasing and increasing events.
