Mladen Turk commented on DAEMON-289:
------------------------------------
Yeah. We need that info at compile time because jsvc finds the subdirectory
where the jvm.so is located
$ ls -l /opt/java6/jre/lib/
dr-xr-xr-x 8 bin bin 8192 Aug 15 2008 IA64N
dr-xr-xr-x 8 bin bin 8192 Aug 15 2008 IA64W
dr-xr-xr-x 3 bin bin 96 Aug 15 2008 PA_RISC2.0
So the IA64N/IA64W must be known at compile time. It can't just be ia64 so I
choose IA64W as default.
Of course we can make IA64N as default if you think thats better. For me its
irrelevant.
