To make wkwebview https://github.com/ionic-team/cordova-plugin-wkwebview-engine
plugin fully functional there are few config elements required which I don't
see in fixed branch config.xml.

I hope this has nothing to do with this issue.
I will confirm once I get access to iOS 11 and xCode tonight in 2 hrs.
