Right, the Swagger configuration is either taken from
openapi-configuration.yaml or done programmatically. However, I think we could
have very simple solution which leverages our own `swagger.properties` feature.
So we could use this file to set the property (*dynamicBasePath*) which could
be backed by implicit instance of the OpenApiCustomizer. Additionally, I agree
with your idea thet we could also make it default case for Spring Boot
auto-configuration and precreate OpenApiCustomizer bean instance.
