Review comment:
       Thinking about it, you're right: The decision on what to clean should 
lay solely in the `Dispatcher`. Having all components implement both interfaces 
adds some implicit dependency between the `Dispatcher` having these two 
different cleanup types. Instead, the `Dispatcher` should do a local cleanup as 
well when doing a global cleanup. 👍
