## What is the purpose of the change
This PR fixes a bug that HiveSourceDynamicFileEnumerator may put a null
value in a non-null field of a row to test if the row is contained in a
DynamicFilteringData, which may cause a NullPointerException.
## Brief change log
- HiveSourceDynamicFileEnumerator filters out a partition without matching
with the DynamicFilteringData if one of the fields is null but its type is not
nullable.
## Verifying this change
This change added tests and can be verified with
HiveSourceDynamicFileEnumeratorTest#testNonNullFieldTypeWithDefaultPartitionName.
