Hey [~renqs] – original documentation is part of
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-31889 – not merged yet but provides
instructions how to implement customer FailureEnrichers.
Regarding testing, JMs rest endpoint can be used, have a failed job and make
sure the appropriate failureLabels are exposed
