Could we keep this interfaces if it's not too polluted? Because some reasons: 1. We will move it to the `flink-autoscaler-standalone` module, so the pollution will be less. 2. We will implement YarnJobFetcher in FLINK-33100 3. `JobListFetcher` is easy to extended for some flink platforms. Most companies will have their own platform for maintenance and management flink jobs, if they use flink on yarn instead of kubernetes.
