However, it might be a good idea to add a check for whether one or the other
exists.
Case 1: Locator exists, but not distributed system: Log locator banner
Case 2: Distributed system exists, but not locator: Log distributed system
banner
Case 3: Both locator and distributed system exist: Log only locator banner
(since it appears first in the logs)
