bq.How would you do it? Could you run against the Region API only? If so, that
might be a good-to-have going forward, a JMH example that does not require
servers to start, etc.
What I was thinking is mimic the compares that we do say when we do a scan with
explicit column tracking and there have this with patch and without patch mode.
