+1 on v3 patch. Change name of class to SizeCachedKeyValue on commit. Maybe
add to the class comment a pointer to here so [~lhofhansl] doesn't remove it
(again). Fix this sentence on commit too: " * Note: Please do not use these
objects in write path and it will increase the heap space usage."
