We can actually instantiate standalone HRegion (we do in tests). May be need
to create a stub for the HFileReader which just returns an in memory HFile
block? Will see more. That test will be good to do JMH kind of micro benchmark
but E2E scan flow. (Atleast from HRegion onward)
