When we thinking asynctable would show up? 1.3 or 2.0? It is too late for 1.2.
It is likely too disruptive for 1.3.. though if all tests pass and asynctable
is additive and doesn't significantly disturb blocking HTable implementation,
it could come in for 1.3.
