:). The intention to name it as Fake was based on how the existing docs and
comments have been written

Create a fake key that is not greater than the real next key.
Create a fake key/value, so that this scanner only bubbles up to the top
using faked key

Ok I will rename both the Fakecell and FakeBBCell to EmtpyCell and
EmtpyByteBufferedCell. Intention was not to argue, just to tell what I felt. :)
