bq.FakeByteBufferedCell is not fake either. It is also real. If it is anything, 
it is abstract. AbstractByteBufferedCell.
IMHO, the components of the cell are real, but the type of the cell is fake. We 
don't have actual cells with MAX or MIN type.  It is not going to be even 
written to files or returned back as a cell to clients. 
If we name it as AbstractBytebufferedcell, then it would mean we need to derive 
cells out of it, I think?  Also we already have a Fakecell backed by byte[]. So 
'Fake' term is correct is what I think.
