Fine, the code is based on our version. I have to move to use your
DateTieredCompactionPolicy before upload it here. One or two days. To write
multiple files is simple, we can follow the stripe compaction way. One problem
is we will write different StoreFiles with same seqId, so we need to add the
timestamp to StoreFile comparator.
