Sorry to come in late. Agreed with the resolution, unless we have an
alternative implementation, we should keep this patch parked.
For going with an alternative windowing policy, we should have a clear
guideline for users of DTCP to chose which one. It seems that everybody is on
the same page for the fixed window being the best default choice.
