Thank you [~anoop.hbase] for the input about your tests! I conclude that it
suggests that CompactingMemStore is good enough to be turned on as the default.
Regarding the failures from the last QA run, I am unable to recreate
TestRollingRestart and TestExportSnapshot failures on my machine.
Now checking TestMobSecureExportSnapshot.
Generally speaking, those test failures didn't appear 3 weeks ago, and this is
one more reason to change the default asap. New entering code should consider
CompactingMemStore being default.
The more runs and checks we have with the new default, the better we are
prepared for the coming release (and more time we have to fix things if needed).
So once we have a correct QA run, I'll commit this change.
