+1 from me once QA passes.
@anoop, nice performance results.
We see in many experiments (past and present) in many different settings that
MSLABs degrade performance with G1GC, however MSLABs are needed for running
off-heap.
How about making the default value for MSLABs be equal to the off-heap flag.
Namely, when not explicitly defined by the user, if off-heap is on then MSLAB
is on and if we use the heap then we don't use MSLABs.
