I guess we are too busy to do it for 2.0. :) However, it is necessary to
introduce {{Rawcell}} for 2.0 as {{Extendedcell}} is not designed to be used by
cp user. Making {{Extendedcell}} IA.Public will obstruct us from improving it
for 2.x unless we add the Unstable annotation to {{Extendedcell}}. Adding
{{Rawcell}} to 2.0 won't hurt us as it is just a replacement of
{{ExtendedCell}} for who want to use the new tags methods.
