Also there are multiple cases where an SFT is created outside the StoreEngine and those would also have their own Chores, potentially causing concurrency issues. - Compacted files are listed in StoreFileManager and cleaned up by other subsystems. The chore should not delete them. Moving the Chore to SFT would make accessing the compacted files list hard. - I made a few small changes to make the currently running compaction's target files available to make sure we do not delete them even if the compaction is extremely slow.
