[~enis] I would very much like to get it in as well. I've addressed your
comments. Also I've broken down the pieces into subtasks. The patch on RB is
for the first subtask. We currently have 1-3 running on 0.94. We'll forward
port the 2nd and 3rd piece as soon as the first task completed to keep things
manageable.
