[~eclark] We can add that an the interface level to support both means of
identifying tables. At the very least we will have to store table names fully
qualified in the catalog tables. Storing it on hdfs and zk the same way makes
things easier as well.
By default namespace did you mean something like a "use <namespace>" command
in the cli?
