Looking at what is up in rb, it is a massive patch that still has the migration
part to be done. My fear is that we'll race to get this into 0.95 and it will
not be well baked enough -- and it can destabilize 'normal' operation. I am
currently inclining against its inclusion (open to convincing otherwise but
getting my opinion out there).
