[~toffer] Are we going to implement the Elliott suggestion adding overrides for
namespaces? I was chatting w/ [~ndimiduk] last weds and he made a comment that
helped: he said that if a choice between devs doing more work to save users
'surprise', then the answer is clear.
Another thought is that we need to hurry up and get this in. I'll do a review
now. Who else is reviewing?
