I totally agree about merging ValidTxnManager into DriverTxnHandler, I was
already considering it, I'm glad that you see the same thing. I'd prefer to do
it in a separate patch, so it would be easier to follow what have happened.
Once this one is in, I'll merge them, is that ok?
