Fetch in the Git perspective failed with `Authentication is required but no CredentialsProvider has been registered` on an HTTPS remote that needs authentication, while Pull and Push showed the username/password dialog. `UIGit.fetch()` now handles the missing-credentials and "not authorized" `TransportException`s the same way `pull()` does: prompt for username/password and retry the fetch. Other transport errors are still reported as before.
