## Purpose of the PR PD/Store serialization and Console authentication initialization can print a Java 17 module-access exception while still returning success. Launchers, unit tests and cluster wrappers also used different runtime arguments, so green tests could hide a broken runtime path. This follows up on the Java 17 migration in [#3261](https://github.com/apache/hugegraph/pull/3261). ## Main Changes - Share each component's minimal runtime module options across launchers, Surefire and cluster wrappers. Console and store-dump reuse Server's existing options; custom JVM options cannot remove the required arguments. - Fail positive CI suites and smoke checks on denied module access or unsupported JVM flags, including exceptions that libraries catch and print. Keep intentional negative tests outside this gate. - Archive cluster logs before cleanup and stop every node before reporting cleanup failures. Preserve native smoke checks and capture daemon output without waiting on a long-lived stdout pipe. ## Verifying these changes - [ ] Trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage. (No Need) - [ ] Already covered by existing tests. - [x] Need tests and can be verified as follows: - Java 17 clean compile, EditorConfig formatting, launcher contracts, log-checker fixtures, cluster unit tests and workflow validation passed locally. - Actual PD/Store serialization tests and a Console authentication probe succeeded with runtime options. Removing the required access still returned success, but the new log gate correctly failed. - Full distribution/startup/cluster validation continues in CI.
