Review Comment:
Confirmed the process-group TERM leak on the previous helper: the
application JVM survived and opened a late listener after the helper exited.
The attach JVM now ignores INT/TERM/HUP until loadAgent finishes, so cleanup
waits for attachment before stopping the agent. Added a Linux regression that
pauses the validated target during attachment, signals the whole helper group
with TERM/HUP, resumes the target, and verifies listener closure with the
application still alive. The new TERM case fails on the previous helper and the
complete Linux test passes after the fix; native Server/Store checks and
independent final-diff review also passed.
