Review Comment:
Minor: while the target cannot answer the attach request, the helper prints
nothing, and Ctrl-C, TERM and HUP do not end it.

Repro: warm the attach listener with one `--command version`, then stall the
target (SIGSTOP, or a long time-to-safepoint pause). The attach JVM blocks in a
socket read with no timeout. The JDK's 10 s attach timeout only covers a cold
listener. Ctrl-C already waited at f0c220ab1, and ignoring TERM/HUP is the
intended fix for the attach window. One part is new: when the helper is the pty
session leader, as under `docker exec -it`, a SIGKILL no longer takes the
attach JVM down. The agent then loads once the target recovers and stays
listening. Run from an interactive shell, f0c220ab1 does the same.

Could the helper print a "waiting for PID N to answer the attach request"
notice? A timeout is also safe before validation, since no agent has been
requested yet.

Review Comment:
Minor: this message is also printed when the port belongs to a different
JVM's agent, and in that case it points to the wrong cause.

Repro: start an agent in a second fixture JVM on 127.0.0.1:38658, then run
`bin/arthas.sh --telnet-port 38658 --command version` against the first one.
arthas-boot reports the port conflict, then cleanup prints "could not verify
the target PID for cleanup; session must be enabled". But `session` is enabled.
It answered with the other JVM's PID. Leaving that agent running is correct;
only the message is wrong.

Please report a mismatched JAVA_PID separately, for example "port 38658
belongs to PID X, not N; left running", and keep this text for the case where
`session` returns no PID.
