### Review finding: interrupted Codex turn is not explicitly stopped In `CodexAppServerJudge._await_turn`, a call timeout sends `turn/interrupt`, but a `KeyboardInterrupt` while waiting for the turn escapes to the caller without that request. The surrounding cleanup only unwatches and unsubscribes from the thread; it does not explicitly stop the already-started turn. With a shared long-lived app-server, this can leave the turn running after the caller has stopped waiting.
