Follow-up: the interrupt fix can stop a turn once its ID is available. If interruption or timeout occurs while the `turn/start` response is still pending, the ID is unavailable; closing the shared app-server would disrupt other concurrent evaluations and is not a proven guarantee of stopping remote billing.
