Just an update, we still observe the issue with karaf-3.0.2 and in the
meanwhile we are sure, that is is related to stopping karaf while one or more
packages are in the 'STARTING' state.
Might it be possible, that karaf in not gracefully waiting for the Framework to
stop before actually tearing down the process using System.exit() ?
