I have created issues for all of the above: MSKINS-101, MSKINS-120,
DOXIASITETOOLS-134, DOXIASITETOOLS-99, DOXIASITETOOLS-100.
I do agree that those attributes which will be removed, have to be deprecated
and removed in 2.0 only. Docs need to be updated accordingly. I think that a
warning is not that easy because we cannot detect what is used in non-Maven
skins.
If it is easy to implement such a version contraint, let's consider it.
