The documentation for the siteskinner-plugin hasn't been published, but the
plugin does its work very well already. See also my changes of MSKINS-17 and
MSKINS-20, which shows that all skins depend on this attribute.
Little bit of history: The Mojo project got a new logo and we wanted to apply
this on all pages including the fluido skin without having to wait for a
release. My requirement was that the publishdate in the top bar had to keep its
original value.
