Review Comment:
Yes it only affects the Conan build part of MiNiFi. As a reminder, in my
bigger MiNiFi Conan PR for MiNiFi, I already verified I could ENABLE most of
these MiNiFi features using Conan. I just didn't want this PR to be super
large. Yes we can ENABLE more of MiNiFi features using Conan as we do more
follow up PRs.
