[Sonnet 5] Pushed a commit addressing @bobpaulin's documentation feedback: reworded the administration guide's migration prerequisites/steps, updated the developer guide's description of the migration eligibility check to match the isModified()-based check added in the July 16 commit, added an asset-migration code example, tweaked an exception message, and replaced the singular/plural ineligibility-reason wording with fixed count-based phrasing (updated the corresponding unit tests too).
