[Sonnet 5] Pushed a follow-up fix: the `macos-15 Java 21` system-tests check failed because `ConnectorVersionedFlowMigrationIT` still asserted on the old singular/plural ineligibility-reason wording, which I changed to a fixed count-based format in the previous commit. Updated the test's expected substrings, rebuilt the framework NAR and system test runtime, and confirmed `ConnectorVersionedFlowMigrationIT` passes locally.
